This Saturday is National "Cook with your Kids Day." The passionate and hyper force behind this three-year old measure is celebrity chef--Guy Fieri.
I had a chance to ask Guy about the benefits of families cooking together and why he thinks it's an important skill for kids. In the video he also tells a great story about the first steak he cooked for his dad. I dare you not to be pumped after you watch it:

Oh, I love Guy! That is so fabulous you got to meet and speak with him. :) I'm great with cooking "around" my kids, but not so great with getting them involved. I need to get better at that.
